Ingredients:
- - chickpeas or beans
- - a few potatoes
- - meat or chicken if desired
- - a few eggs
- 1/4 cups - oil so it won't stick
- - salt and pepper
- - paprika
- - cumin
- - a few garlic cloves
- 1 cups - rice
- - chopped onion
- - salt and pepper
- - cumin
- 1/4 cups - oil
- 1 1/4 cups - water
- - wheat
- - garlic
- - paprika
- - spicy peppers if you like
Directions:
In crockpot, on the bottom place beans or chickpeas, followed by other ingredients you desire (potatoes, meat or eggs). Pour over this, the 1/4 cup of oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Add garlic cloves and some water.
In a cooking bag, place the cup of rice, chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin, oil and water. Tie the bag closed.
Same goes for wheat - just add the garlic, paprika, and spicy peppers, if you like.
Say for Shabbat kodesh. You have safta charmin.
