One whole rutabaga
Peel the rutabaga and cut in segments which will fit on a mandolin
Using a Mandolin, slice very thinly
Place on a Pam sprayed sheet pan
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 mins per side (turning pan after first 10 mins) until crispy
Salt chips and enjoy
