Ingredients:
- 1/2 packages - Refrigerated pie dough (14 oz.)
- 3 tablespoons - Granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Cornstarch
- 3 1/2 cups - Frozen or fresh mixed berrries Raspberries, strawberries & blueberries
- 1 whole - Lemon, zest and juice
- 1 - Egg Beaten
- 1 tablespoons - Milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll dough on a flat floured surface. Roll out to an approximate 12-in. circle. Gently transfer to prepared pan.
3. Combine sugar, cornstarch, berries, lemon juice and zest. Toss well to coat. Place berry mixture on dough leaving a 2-in. border all the way around. Fold border of dough up over edges of berry mixture.
4. In a small bowl combine egg with milk and brush over dough and berry mixture. Place on center oven rack and bake 30 min. or until tart is golden brown and berry mixture is bubbly.
5. Cool before serving.
