Rum Raisin French Toast

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - rum raisin ice cream melted
  2. 3 - eggs beaten
  3. 1/3 cups - ground walnuts
  4. 1 tablespoons - rum
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  6. 8 slices - raisin bread
  7. 4 tablespoons - butter
  8. - maple syrup for topping
  9. - rum raisin ice cream for topping and serving

Directions:

Combine melted ice cream with eggs, walnuts, rum and cinnamon. Soak bread in this mixture for 1 minute per side.

Saute slices of bread in butter.

Serve with syrup and ice cream.
