Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - rum raisin ice cream melted
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1/3 cups - ground walnuts
- 1 tablespoons - rum
- 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 8 slices - raisin bread
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- - maple syrup for topping
- - rum raisin ice cream for topping and serving
Directions:
Combine melted ice cream with eggs, walnuts, rum and cinnamon. Soak bread in this mixture for 1 minute per side.
Saute slices of bread in butter.
Serve with syrup and ice cream.
