Rotini Pasta and Ham Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - rotini pasta, uncooked
  2. 2 cups - frozen peas
  3. 3/4 cups - Italian salad dressing
  4. 3 cups - cooked chopped ham about 12 ounces
  5. 3/4 cups - coarsely chopped walnuts optional
  6. - lettuce leaves for garnish optional

Directions:

Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Two minutes before pasta is done, stir in peas. Bring back to a boil and boil 1 minute.

Drain pasta and peas and put in a large bowl. Add dressing and ham and toss.

If desired, refrigerate until chilled. Before serving, stir in walnuts.

Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
