Rosemary Shortbread

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tablespoons - unsalted butter
  2. 1 tablespoons - honey
  3. 1/4 cups - confectioner's sugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - dried rosemary crumbled
  7. 1 cups - flour
  8. 6 tablespoons - unsalted butter
  9. 1 tablespoons - honey
  10. 1/4 cups - confectioner's sugar
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - baking powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - dried rosemary crumbled
  14. 1 cups - flour

Directions:

1. Mix as usual.
2. Knead.
3. Press into lightly oiled 9" cake pan. Prick with fork.
4. Bake 20-30 in 350° oven. Leave 10 minutes in pan before removing.
