Rosemary Red Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 24 - red potatoes quartered
  2. 1/4 cups - butter melted
  3. 6 teaspoons - garlic minced
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/2 cups - fresh italian parsley chopped
  6. 1/2 cups - lemon juice
  7. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  8. 1/4 cups - fresh rosemary leaves minced
  9. 1 teaspoons - paprika

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Before serving, toss with parsley.
