Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds - Salmon fillets
- 1 whole - Lemon Halved crosswise
- 2 tablespoons - HEB Basting oil
- 1 tablespoons - Fresh rosemary leaves, to taste Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic (or more) Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons - Sea salt; coarse black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425. Spray a large baking sheet w/ nonstick spray. Place salmon on baking sheet, skin-side down.
2. Cut lemon in half and squeeze half for 2 tsp. juice. Cut second half into very thin slices and set aside.
3. Combine juice with oil, rosemary and garlic; spread mixture over top of salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake salmon 12 to 15 min., or until the color turns from translucent to opaque. Do not overcook. Top w/ lemon slices and serve immediately.
