Ingredients:
- 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
- 4 ounces - Roquefort or bleu cheese
- - seedless grapes
- - chopped pecans toasted
Directions:
Mix the two cheeses together.
Dry the grapes. Surround each grape with a thin layer of the cheese mix and then roll in toasted pecans.
Make a day or two ahead, if desired, and keep chilled until ready to serve.
