Romaine Salad with Parmesan Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - grated Parmesan
  2. 2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  3. 2 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 1/3 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
  6. - kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  7. 2 - hearts of romaine lettuce chopped

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the Parmesan, mustard, vinegar and garlic. Whisk in the oil. Sprinkle the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.

Toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
