Ingredients:
- 1 packages - Yeast
- 1/4 cups - Water
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 cups - Shortening
- 2 cups - Water
- 1/8 cups - Instant potatoes
- 7 cups - Flour Another cup may be needed
- 1 packages - Yeast
- 1/4 cups - Water
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 cups - Shortening
- 2 cups - Water
- 1/8 cups - Instant potatoes
- 7 cups - Flour Another cup may be needed
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm not hot water in a bowl. Beat eggs with mixer. Add sugar, salt, shortening melted, water and instant potatoes, then yeast beating slowly add flour until incorporated. Can put out on counter to knead and get nice and smooth. Put in a grease bowl cover with kitchen cloth. Let double. Push down and repeat. Can be then formed into rolls
