Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - red potatoes halved
  2. 4 tablespoons - butter
  3. 2 sprigs - rosemary
  4. 2 sprigs - thyme
  5. 2 sprigs - sage
  6. 2 cloves - garlic cracked
  7. 1 pinchs - salt and pepper
  8. 1 handful - parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Halve potatoes and add all seasoning and ingredients except parmesan cheese into a large baking dish.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese after baking.
