Notes:
The red pepper can be bought at the store. Make sure it is in water only, not oil. There might be syns in the prepared peppers. OR you can grill your own peppers on the grill and use them.

Ingredients:
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 cans - garbanzo beans drained
- 1/8 teaspoons - sesame oil
- 1/3 cups - lemon juice
- 1/2 cups - roasted red peppers
- 1/4 teaspoons - dried basil optional
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Drain beans and put in food processor. Add red pepper, lemon juice, oil, and other seasonings. Mix until smooth.
All ingredients above are to taste, so add or subtract as needed.
