Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  1. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  2. 1 cans - garbanzo beans drained
  3. 1/8 teaspoons - sesame oil
  4. 1/3 cups - lemon juice
  5. 1/2 cups - roasted red peppers
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - dried basil optional
  7. - salt and pepper to taste


Drain beans and put in food processor. Add red pepper, lemon juice, oil, and other seasonings. Mix until smooth.

All ingredients above are to taste, so add or subtract as needed.
