Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cartons - 8-0z. Sour cream
  2. 1/4 cups - Bottled, roasted red bell peppers Chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons - Green onion Chopped
  4. 1 tablespoons - Fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried basil) Chopped or crumbled
  5. 1 cloves - Garlic Minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  7. - Assorted vegetable dippers or chips/crackers

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, roasted peppers, green onion, basil, garlic and salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
2. Stir before serving. Serve w/ assorted vegetable dippers, tortilla chips, other chips or crackers.
