Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - olive oil
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - onion powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  6. 1 pounds - brussels sprouts trimmed and cut in half

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add the brussels sprouts and gently toss them until evenly coated.

Place on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and browned, turning once halfway through cooking.
