Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - brussel sprouts
  2. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoons - butter
  6. - lemon rind of 1 lemon
  7. 1/4 cups - chopped parsley
  8. - cracked pepper to taste
  9. 1/4 cups - shredded Parmesan

Directions:

Mix together brussel sprouts, sugar, salt and olive oil. Toss onto a jelly roll pan and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Meanwhile, stir together the butter, lemon rind, parsley, pepper, and Parmesan. Stir or toss this mixture into the brussel sprouts on the pan and let it cook for another 3 minutes or so.
