Ingredients:

  1. 3 ounces - lean roast beef sliced
  2. 2/3 cups - cooked brown rice
  3. 1 cups - cooked spinach
  4. 1 teaspoons - olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoons - balsamic vinegar

Directions:

3 oz lean roast beef, sliced, with 2/3 c cooked brown rice and 1 c cooked spinach, seasoned with 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar.
