Rice Cooker Steamed Tofu & Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 bunches - asparagus 1 1/2
  2. 1/2 blocks - (6 oz) fried tofu cubed
  3. 1/2 stalks - carrot peeled & thinley sliced
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 2 tablespoons - oyster sauce omit for vegetarian
  6. 1 tablespoons - soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoons - vegetable oil
  8. 1 teaspoons - sesame seed oil
  9. 1 teaspoons - mirin
  10. 1 teaspoons - honey

Directions:

In a mixing bowl; toss together all ingredients. Transfer onto heatproof plate. Place in rice cooker. Steam 15-20 minutes
