Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunches - asparagus 1 1/2
- 1/2 blocks - (6 oz) fried tofu cubed
- 1/2 stalks - carrot peeled & thinley sliced
- 1 cloves - garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons - oyster sauce omit for vegetarian
- 1 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons - vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons - sesame seed oil
- 1 teaspoons - mirin
- 1 teaspoons - honey
Directions:
In a mixing bowl; toss together all ingredients. Transfer onto heatproof plate. Place in rice cooker. Steam 15-20 minutes
