Ingredients:
- 4 cups - Rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 - Egg
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons - Butter
- 2 - Pie Crust
- 4 cups - Rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 - Egg
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons - Butter
- 2 - Pie Crust
Directions:
Cut rhubarb into pieces. Mix sugar and flour. Add to rhubarb. Add 1 beaten egg and vanilla. Pour into a pie crust. Dot the filling with butter. Put on top crust and vent with slits in top. Bake 10 min in preheated 400 oven the lower temperature to 350 for 30 min.
