Rhubarb Cherry Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - rhubarb sliced
  2. 1 cans - cherry pie filling 21 ounces
  3. 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 2 1/2 tablespoons - tapioca
  5. 1 - pastry for 2 crust lattice top pie

Directions:

Combine sliced rhubarb, cherry pie filling, sugar and tapioca. Let mixture stand 15 minutes.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Fill with rhubarb mixture.
Adjust lattice top crust over top.
Bake at 400° F for 40-45 minutes.
