Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cups - Creole mustard
  3. 2 tablespoons - paprika
  4. 4 teaspoons - Cajun seasoning
  5. 4 teaspoons - horseradish
  6. 2 teaspoons - pickle juice
  7. 2 teaspoons - hot sauce
  8. 2 teaspoons - large clove garlic, diced

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The sauce is better if left for a few hours to let the flavors meld.

Keep refrigerated. One recipe makes 3 cups.
