Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups - Creole mustard
- 2 tablespoons - paprika
- 4 teaspoons - Cajun seasoning
- 4 teaspoons - horseradish
- 2 teaspoons - pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons - hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons - large clove garlic, diced
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The sauce is better if left for a few hours to let the flavors meld.
Keep refrigerated. One recipe makes 3 cups.
