Red, White and Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - 9-inch baked pie crust
  2. 1 quarts - fresh strawberries
  3. 4 ounces - white baking chocolate squares
  4. 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
  5. 3/4 cups - cold milk
  6. 1 packages - white chocolate instant pudding 3.3 oz.
  7. 1 1/2 cups - fresh blueberries
  8. 1 cups - thawed Cool Whip

Directions:

Bake pie crust; cool completely. Rinse strawberries and slice for bottom of pie.

Melt white chocolate in microwave for 1 minute; stir after each 10 seconds until smooth. Dip a few strawberries in it and set them in fridge (for garnish). Scrape rest of chocolate over bottom and sides of crust. Let cool and harden.

Layer strawberries on crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and pudding mix until thick. Spread over strawberries. Arrange blueberries evenly over top. Pipe whip cream around edge of pie or dollop on each piece. Garnish with chocolate-covered strawberries and refrigerate until serving.
