Red Potatoes with Beans

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - small red potatoes cut into wedges
  2. 1/2 cups - chopped red onion
  3. 1/2 cups - fat-free italian dressing
  4. 1 1/3 pounds - fresh green beans trimmed
  5. 1/3 cups - water

Directions:

Place the beans and water in 2qt microwave-safe dish. Cover; microwave on high for 6-8 mins or until tender. Meanwhile, place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 5-7mins or until tender. Drain beans and potatoes; place in a bowl. Add onion and dressing; toss to coat.
