Ingredients:
- 3 cloves - garlic minced
- 2 - medium onions chopped
- 2 ounces - olive oil
- 4 ounces - tomato paste
- 3 cans - whole tomatoes 27 oz. each
- 2 tablespoons - parsley heaping tbsp
- 2 teaspoons - cayenne heaping tsp
- 2 tablespoons - garlic salt heaping tbsp
- 1 teaspoons - onion powder heaping tsp
- 4 tablespoons - mild chile powder
- 1 tablespoons - cumin
- 1 teaspoons - sugar
Directions:
In a large pot, saute garlic and onion in oil until onion is transparent. Add tomato paste and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
Add whole tomatoes and all seasonings; blend well (using a hand mixer or blending stick).
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
