Notes:
Salad can be eaten right away, but is better if allowed to sit overnight in the refrigerator. Can also use canned or frozen corn, peas and carrots.

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 15-0z. Dark red kidney beans
- 1 cans - 15-0z. Black beans
- 1 cans - 15-oz. Garbanzo beans
- 1 cans - 15-oz. Pinto beans
- 1 cans - 15-oz. Cannelini beans
- whole - 1/2-3/4 large Red onion Coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cups - Olive oil
- 1/4 cups - Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cups - Good Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons - Dried parsley
- - Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Rinse beans well. Drain and pur into a large bowl. Add onions, olive oil, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley and pepper. Mix well.
