Really Good Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 15-0z. Dark red kidney beans
  2. 1 cans - 15-0z. Black beans
  3. 1 cans - 15-oz. Garbanzo beans
  4. 1 cans - 15-oz. Pinto beans
  5. 1 cans - 15-oz. Cannelini beans
  6. whole - 1/2-3/4 large Red onion Coarsely chopped
  7. 1/2 cups - Olive oil
  8. 1/4 cups - Cider vinegar
  9. 1/4 cups - Good Balsamic vinegar
  10. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  11. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  12. 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  13. 2 tablespoons - Dried parsley
  14. - Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

Rinse beans well. Drain and pur into a large bowl. Add onions, olive oil, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley and pepper. Mix well.
