Ingredients:
- 4 - zucchini
- 1 cups - raw macadamia nuts
- 1 cloves - garlic
- 1 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cups - spring or filtered water
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons - wheat-free tamari
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cayenne pepper
- - pinch of unrefined sea salt
Directions:
Peel the zucchini thinly with a vegetable peeler, so that they resemble fettuccine ribbons.
Blend together in a blender all of the remaining ingredients - the nuts, garlic, oil, water, lemon juice, tamari, cayenne and salt - and pour over the zucchini ribbons as your sauce.
