Raspberry Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sugar
  2. 1 cups - chopped walnuts
  3. 1 cups - butter, softened
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 2 1/4 cups - flour

Directions:

Mix up until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cup crumbs to put over crust and jelly mixture.
Press the rest into an 8" greased pan. Add 10 oz. raspeberry seedless jelly over the top.
Add the reserved crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 mins. When cool, cut into little square bars to serve as a dessert or for breakfast to go with coffee.
I absolutely love these and you can never eat just one. Perfect to make in the winter time.
