Ingredients:

  1. - batch of brownies broken into bite-size pieces
  2. 1 quarts - raspberry sherbet softened
  3. 19 ounces - package chocolate cookie crushed into crumbs
  4. 6 tablespoons - melted butter
  5. 2 cups - chocolate sauce homemade preferably

Directions:

For Crust:

Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press over bottom of spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

For pie:

Spread half of sherbet over crust. Sprinkle half of brownie pieces over. Drizzle 1/2 cup of chocolate sauce over. Repeat layers. Wrap and freeze.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Pass chocolate sauce.
