  • Notes:

Boil milk at high temperature stirring regularly to reduce cream separating away from milk. Once it starts to boil down the fire to low, include lemon juice diluted . In a few moments, the milk will curdle and starts to divide the whey. Line a colander with muslin cloth and breed that the curdled milk. Scrub the chenna in conducting water till snowy. It provides wonderful color to this rasgulla and then clear away any sourness out of lemon juice. Place a heavy burden at top to squeeze the whey or you'll be able to hang it to 30 mins. Unlike paneer here the chenna needs to have little saline or moisture (perhaps maybe not too much) onto it. When it's too dry it could lead to failure and wind up getting hard, flattened rasgulla. After 30 mins, choose the chenna and simmer it for 5 to 10 mins to have a light dough. Get small equal sized chunks.rasgulla recipe in hindi In an extensive bottomed vessel, choose sugar and 5 glasses of water. When the sugar melts and commence to boil, then turn the fire to moderate heat. Reduce the chunks one at a time. Cover and allow them to cook for 15 mins. Even the rasgulla balls will double its size. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
