Ranch Hands Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - chicken breast cooked and shredded
  2. 3/4 cups - chicken broth
  3. 3/4 cups - cream of chicken
  4. 3/4 cups - cream of mushroom
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 5 - flour tortillas

Directions:

Mix broth, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, salt & pepper in a bowl and set aside. Place 1 1/2 cups chicken in bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar on top. Top with 1/2 cup diced onion. Tear 2 tortillas and place on top. Pour 1/2 of sauce on top. Repeat. Sprinkle w/parsley.

Bake uncovered 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
