Ralph's Potato Stuffing

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - Large Potatoes peeled
  2. 1 - Stick Butter Melted
  3. - milk as needed
  4. 1/2 - loaf bread (can be stale)
  5. 6 - Stalks Celery with leaves
  6. 1 - Medium onion Chopped
  7. 2 - Eggs partially beaten
  8. - Salt & Pepper to taste
  9. 1 tablespoons - (or more) Parsley

Directions:

Peel & cook the potatoes, mash with butter & as much milk as needed, until creamy. Break bread into pieces. Chop celery & onion. Mix with eggs & enough milk to make creamy. Add salt & peper to taste. Add parsley & any other seasoning you like in stuffing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
