Quinoa Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - whole rolled oats
  2. 1 cups - buckwheat
  3. 1/3 cups - quinoa
  4. 3/4 cups - almonds, coarsely chopped
  5. 1/4 cups - pumpkin seeds
  6. 1/2 cups - walnuts, coarsely chopped
  7. 1/4 cups - shredded coconut
  8. 2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  9. 2/3 cups - dried cherries, coarsely chopped
  10. 1/3 cups - honey or maple syrup
  11. 1/3 cups - coconut oil, melted

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 60 minutes at 225º.
4. Let cool, then crumble into a tightly sealed container.
