Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - quinoa, rinsed
- 1 cups - water
- 1 pinchs - nutmeg
- 1 teaspoons - grated ginger
- 1 tablespoons - flax seed oil
- 1/3 cups - chopped prunes
- 1/4 cups - rice milk
Directions:
1. In a small pot, stir quinoa, nutmeg and ginger into the water.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat; cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the prunes and rice milk. Cover again and cook another 5 minutes.
4. Before serving, stir in the flax seed oil.
