Notes:
Sometimes I brown the ground beef and onion, and then mix all ingredients in the slow cooker and let sit on low heat for the day. Add olives and cheese at the end. Crumbled tortilla chips and some grated cheddar cheese make a nice topping for serving, too. I often substitute black beans for the kidney beans.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - Ground Beef
- 1 whole - Large Onion
- 1 packages - Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 pounds - Red Kidney Beans cooked
- 1 cans - Whole Kernel Corn cooked
- 1 pounds - Can Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups - Ripe Black Olives
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups - Water or broth To desired consistency
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion, and chili seasoning mix. Reduce heat to medium and add salt, kidney beans, corn, and tomatoes, and enough water or broth to make desired consistency; simmer for 30 minutes.
Add olives and cheese. Serve in soup bowls.
