Quick hash and eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - Corned beef
  2. 1 cans - Potatoes Sliced
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika or a whole spoon of mustard
  4. 2 whole - Eggs
  5. 1 tablespoons - Butter
  6. 1 teaspoons - Oil

Directions:

Open and drain your potatos roughly chop them and pat dry with kitchen roll or a clean dry tea towel
Put a frying pan on a medhigh hob and add butter and oil (butter is for flavour the oil stops the butter burning)
When butter is melted add potatos and fry for 10mins stiring occasionally
Next open the tinned corned beef and cut into cubes add to pan with paprika or mustard and stir in
Cook for a further 10 mins stiring every few mins whilst doing this fry your eggs
Serve the hash topped with a fried egg and enjoy
