Quick Fish and Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 24 ounces - orange roughy or white fish cut into strips
  2. 1 cups - flour
  3. 1 cups - flat beer
  4. 2 tablespoons - cider vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  6. - salt and pepper
  7. - vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

Mix together flour, beer, cider vinegar, baking soda and salt and pepper; beat well to make batter.

Dip fish into batter; fry in hot oil. Drain.

Season with salt and pepper.
