Quick Beef Skillet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 10 3/4 ounces - Beefy Mushroom Soup
  3. 1/4 cups - water
  4. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  6. 15 ounces - sliced potatoes, drained
  7. 8 ounces - sliced carrots, drained

Directions:

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire, black pepper, potatoes and carrots in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
