Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Pie crust Unbaked
  2. 1 cups - Provolone cheese Shredded
  3. 1 cups - Sharp cheddar Shredded
  4. 8 - Eggs
  5. 1/2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
  6. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  10. 4 cups - Broccoli
  11. 1 - Pie crust Unbaked
  12. 1 cups - Provolone cheese Shredded
  13. 1 cups - Sharp cheddar Shredded
  14. 8 - Eggs
  15. 1/2 cups - 1/2 & 1/2
  16. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  19. 1/4 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  20. 4 cups - Broccoli

Directions:

Blanch broccoli 3 min. Put on paper towel to drain moisture. Mix rest ingredients and pour into pie crust. Preheat oven 375 bake pie until golden brown. 35-40. Center of pie will jiggle slightly.
