Ingredients:

  1. 1 - single pie crust
  2. - cooked crumbled bacon
  3. 1/2 cups - grated Swiss cheese
  4. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 2 cups - half-and-half or heavy cream
  8. 4 - eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place bacon, onion, and Swiss in prepared pie crust.

Beat eggs together with cream, salt, and cayenne. Pour into pie crust over other ingredients.

Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes until a knife inserted 1-inch from edge of crust comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
