Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - Monterey Jack cheese cubed
  2. 2 cans - (small) chopped green chilies
  3. 3 - fresh jalapenos seeded, chopped
  4. 3 tablespoons - sour cream
  5. 1/3 cups - milk
  6. 1/2 - onion chopped

Directions:

Saute onion.

Add jalapeno and green chilies. Heat slowly and add milk. Add cheese and melt.

Add sour cream. Turn off heat; cover and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
