    Separate onion ,and put All ingredients beside yogurt and kewra.nut meg and mece could be pour In the end.these all ingredients will be use in the end.

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 2 slices - Onion Thin
  3. 1 tablespoons - Ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/3 cups - Yogurt Blended
  5. 1 teaspoons - Red chili
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Grounded
  8. 5 whole - Green ilaechi
  9. 4 cloves - Clove
  10. 4 whole - Black pepper
  11. 1 sticks - Cinnamon
  12. 2 whole - Black elaechi
  13. 1 pinchs - Mace Grounded
  14. 1 pinchs - Nutmeg Grounded
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Kewra

Directions:

Cut thin slices of onion .pour oil in pot . Let it be hot in 3 second . Put onion slices in oil . Let onion fry till become golden. Take out all onion from oil and spread in a plate . Put chicken in left over oil which is in pot already . Pour ginger garlic on chicken and let them dry ,stir spoon time by time after 3 minutes put all ingredients in pot stir 4 minutes on medium heat .turn down heat at low and put lid on the pot let chicken to be tender for 10 minutes.mix onion and yogurt well and put it in pot and kewra too . Stir all together and close lid and simmer for 5 minutes then turn off stove.qorma is ready to eat.
