Pumpkin Whip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - (4 serving size) Instant sugar free butterschothe or cheesecake pudding mix
  2. 1 1/2 cans - fat free milk
  3. 1 cups - canned pumpkin
  4. 1 teaspoons - pumpkin pie spice
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1 1/2 cups - fat free whipped topping
  7. - Ginger Cookies (add points!)

Directions:

Beat pudding and milk until well blended (about 1-2 minutes). Blend in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into six dessert dishes, chill. Optional, garnish with 1 Tablespoon whipped topping, a dash of cinnamon & a ginger cookie. These freeze well. This mixture can also be poured into a graham cracker crust (add points). Makes 6 servings. 1 Serving = 2 PP
