Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 15 oz. pumpkin puree
  2. 1 cans - 10 oz. evaporated milk
  3. 1 cups - light brown sugar
  4. 3 - eggs
  5. 3 teaspoons - pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 boxes - yellow cake mix
  7. 1 cups - (or 2 sticks) butter melted
  8. 1 cups - coarsely crushed graham crackers or pecans
  9. 1/2 cups - toffee bits optional

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan lightly with cooking/baking spray.

3. In a large bowl combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.

4. Pour into your prepared pan.

5. Sprinkle your entire box of cake mix on top, followed by the nuts or graham crackers and toffee chips.

6. Pour melted butter evenly on top.

7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly browned.
