Pumpkin cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - Cream cheese
  2. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  4. 2 - Eggs
  5. 1/2 cans - Pumpkin
  6. - Dash cloves & nutmeg
  7. 1/3 cups - Graham crackers Crushed
  8. 1/2 cups - Cool whip
  9. 2 packages - Cream cheese
  10. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  12. 2 - Eggs
  13. 1/2 cans - Pumpkin
  14. - Dash cloves & nutmeg
  15. 1/3 cups - Graham crackers Crushed
  16. 1/2 cups - Cool whip

Directions:

Mix cream cheeses, sugar, vanilla with mixture until smooth and add eggs. Do not over beat. Remove 1 cup cream cheese mixture. Spray bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle graham crackers into bottom. Put batter over crumbs. Add pumpkin into cup of batter. Add spices. Pour this over first batter. Bake 350 oven for 35-40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool refrigerate overnight.
