Ingredients:
- 2 packages - Cream cheese
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 cans - Pumpkin
- - Dash cloves & nutmeg
- 1/3 cups - Graham crackers Crushed
- 1/2 cups - Cool whip
- 2 packages - Cream cheese
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 cans - Pumpkin
- - Dash cloves & nutmeg
- 1/3 cups - Graham crackers Crushed
- 1/2 cups - Cool whip
Directions:
Mix cream cheeses, sugar, vanilla with mixture until smooth and add eggs. Do not over beat. Remove 1 cup cream cheese mixture. Spray bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle graham crackers into bottom. Put batter over crumbs. Add pumpkin into cup of batter. Add spices. Pour this over first batter. Bake 350 oven for 35-40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool refrigerate overnight.
