Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - eggs beaten
  2. 3 cups - sugar
  3. 2 cups - pumpkin puree
  4. 1 cups - salad oil
  5. 1 tablespoons - nutmeg
  6. 1 tablespoons - cinnamon
  7. 2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 2/3 cups - water
  9. 3 1/2 cups - whole wheat pastry flour
  10. 2 teaspoons - baking soda

Directions:

Mix together all above ingredients, except for water and flour. Add the water alternately with the flour. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven (about 350 degrees F).

Makes 3 loaves in bread pans.
