Ingredients:
- 1 packages - (18 oz) angel food cake mix
- 1 cups - water
- 1 cans - (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons - pumpkin spice or more or less, to taste
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a 9-x-13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat the water into the angel food cake mix for 1 minute using a whisk. Fold in pumpkin and pumpkin spice and spread into greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center has set.
Let cake cool completely before serving (consider serving with a dollop of whipped cream for topping).
