Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Yeast
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Water
  3. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 4 cups - Flour
  6. 1 whole - Egg

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Knead 10 minutes. Let the dough rise (about 1 hour). Shape the pretzels, brush with egg, and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10-15 minutes at 425.
