Pretzel Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 sticks - Butter
  2. 1 bags - Pretzels (small)
  3. 3 tablespoons - Sugar
  4. 2 boxes - Strawberry Jello
  5. 1 - Apple; diced & peeled
  6. 2 cups - Crushed Pecans
  7. 1 containers - Fresh Strawberries
  8. 1 blocks - Cream Cheese
  9. 1 containers - Cool Whip

Directions:

Pour melted butter into a 10 x 6 baking dish. Spread 3 cups of pretzels in the melted butter & Cook on 400 Degrees, for 6 minutes. After taking the baking dish out of the oven, set it on top of the stove, cover, & let it cool.

Prepare Strawberry Jello as normal & place it in the refrigerator to partially set for 2-3 hours.

On the stove, smash the cooled pretzels against baking dish with fingers, to form the crust.

Pour apples, pecans, & strawberries, into the 10 x 6 baking dish w/ the butter & pretzels. Pour the, partially, set Jello on top.

In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cool whip, & sugar. Smooth onto the top of the partially set Jello. Cover & place in the refrigerator to firm up.

In a seperate bowl, dice & peel an apple.
