Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups - cider vinegar
- 1/4 cups - light olive or veg. oil
- 1/4 cups - lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons - catsup
- 2 tablespoons - nutrasweet
- 2 tablespoons - parsley or cilantro minced
- 2 tablespoons - mustard seed
- 1/2 tablespoons - capers drained
- 2 - cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons - celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1/2 pounds - large shrimp deveined, shelled, cooked
- 3 - oranges peeled, cut into sections
- 1 - medium onion thinly sliced
- - lettuce leaves
- 3/4 cups - cider vinegar

- 1/2 pounds - large shrimp deveined, shelled, cooked
- 3 - oranges peeled, cut into sections
- 1 - medium onion thinly sliced
- - lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, oranges and onion in a glass bowl.
2. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over shrimp bowl. Mix and toss.
3. Refrigerate, covered, for 2-4 hours.
4. Arrange lettuce in serving bowl or on plates. Spoon salad over lettuce.
