Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Lean Turkey Sausage crumbled and browned in skillet, excess fat drained
- 2 - Sweet Potatoes baked in oven or microwave
- 6 - Eggs scrambled
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes (including skin for maximum nutrition), then mix in turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. Enjoy!
